Chandpur Alia Academy for Girls

Special Report, Online Bango Darpan

Chandpur Alia Academy for Girls has been established under the Amlia Gram Panchayat area in North 24 Parganas district. In this residential institution, students from Class V to Class XII receive academic education (as per Madhyamik and Higher Secondary syllabus) along with Deeni Talim and Qur’an training. The institution was founded in 2018, before the lockdown period, under the initiative of late social worker and educationist Alhaj Mohammad Shafiqul Rahman, and is run under the supervision of the Chandpur Alia Academy Management Council.

Alongside the Chandpur Alia Academy for Boys mission, Chandpur Alia Academy for Girls has also been progressing steadily under proper supervision.

At a time when society is facing severe moral decline, parents are in search of institutions where their children can receive quality education along with safety and moral values. Chandpur Girls is one such institution. Currently, over two hundred residential students from Class V to Class XII are receiving proper services, with special emphasis on safety and discipline.

Regarding this, Minhaj Uddin Mohammad Shafi, the acting secretary of Chandpur Alia Academy for Girls under the Management Council, stated that their institution is committed to ensuring holistic educational development for underprivileged and academically weak students, along with providing proper moral and value-based education.

He further informed that there are regular morning and evening coaching sessions under the supervision of residential teachers, with special classes arranged for weak students. School classes run from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. under the guidance of experienced and responsible teachers. Additionally, students are provided with daily five-time prayers, Qur’an learning, and necessary Islamic education.

According to institutional sources, admission tests will be held on Sunday, October 5, 2025, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at multiple centers within and outside the district. Regarding past academic performance, the acting secretary expressed satisfaction that students had achieved results according to their merit. He added that efforts are being made to ensure even more remarkable achievements in the future. Parents and guardians have also expressed their happiness with the institution’s services.

The management, teachers, and staff are optimistic that, Insha’Allah, this non-commercial institution will one day emerge as a national institution of pride for the country. Dr. Firoze Uddin Mohammad Shafi, Secretary of the Chandpur Alia Academy Management Council, stated that plans are being made to further improve education and related services in all institutions run under their organization. He also appealed to education enthusiasts, well-wishers, and parents to extend their support so that more students may benefit from these institutions.
