Key Political Affairs Committee Meeting of West Bengal Congress Begins in Presence of Top AICC Leaders

The West Bengal Pradesh Congress has commenced an important meeting of its Political Affairs Committee (PAC), marking a crucial moment for the party’s organizational and strategic roadmap in the state.

The meeting is being attended by several senior leaders of the All India Congress Committee (AICC), including K.C. Venugopal (General Secretary, Organization), Deepa Dasmunshi (CWC member), Ghulam Ahmad Mir (General Secretary, AICC), Amba Prasad (Secretary, AICC), and Asaf Ali Khan (Secretary, AICC). Senior Congress leader and Rajya Sabha MP Shaktisinh Gohil and former MP Pradip Bhattacharya are also present.

The session is being chaired by Shubhankar Sarkar, President of the West Bengal Pradesh Congress Committee (WBPCC).
According to party insiders, the meeting will focus on upcoming electoral strategies, strengthening the organization at the grassroots level, and building wider alliances against the ruling forces in West Bengal.

This meeting is being seen as a significant step in reviving the party’s presence and reshaping its political roadmap in the state.
