West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee extended her congratulations and warm wishes to the new leader of India’s neighboring country, Nepal, which shares a close border with Bengal.
Meanwhile, India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised Nepal’s “Gen Z” for showing leadership against the former regime and paving the way for change.
